The Stanton Miller Team
The Stanton Miller senior leadership team has over 60 years combined experience in transport and logistics. Gail and Nick founded Stanton Miller Consultancy to share their deep industry knowledge with clients who value safety, compliance, and efficiency. Gail’s journey began on the ground, where she quickly grew into a range of pivotal roles—from Transport Manager, Senior Operations Health and Safety Manager, Fleet Recognition Scheme Auditor and SHEQ Manager. Nick has spent three decades working with commercial vehicles, whilst working with main dealers such as Mercedes Benz and DAF as a diagnostic technician, workshop controller, and service management leader. Nick was also a lecturer at Plumpton College, enabling the concept of training to our clients, teaching mechanics and inclusive safety.
Through each of their careers they developed experience in fleet operations, logistics planning, and compliance, which is vital to developing Stanton Miller as a trusted partner in operator compliance and fleet quality.
